Rinko Delivery LLC
Delivery Service Agreement
This Delivery Service Agreement governs same-day courier and local delivery services provided by Rinko Delivery LLC in Washington State.
Last Updated: May 5, 2026
Important Recording Notice
For safety, proof of pickup, proof of delivery, dispute prevention, and protection of both the Customer and Rinko Delivery LLC, deliveries may be recorded using a visible body-worn camera, dash camera, or other delivery documentation tools.
Because Washington law may require consent before recording private conversations, Customers should not proceed with a delivery if they do not agree to visible delivery recording where legally required.
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into by and between Rinko Delivery LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual or business requesting delivery services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
2. Services
Rinko Delivery LLC provides local courier and same-day delivery services, including pickup, transport, and drop-off of eligible items within our service area, including Bothell, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, and surrounding areas.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are performed using a standard passenger vehicle/sedan.
3. Service Limitations
- Items must safely fit inside a standard sedan.
- No illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, perishable without notice, medical, controlled, restricted, or regulated items are accepted.
- No furniture moving, heavy hauling, large appliance transport, or oversized cargo unless expressly accepted in writing.
- Fragile, high-value, temperature-sensitive, or special-handling items must be declared before pickup.
- We may refuse or cancel any order that appears unsafe, unlawful, oversized, improperly packaged, or outside our service scope.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, contact information, access instructions, and item descriptions.
- Ensure items are properly packed, sealed, labeled, and ready at pickup.
- Ensure an authorized person is available at pickup and delivery when required.
- Disclose any item value, fragile condition, special handling needs, or safety concerns before dispatch.
5. Pricing, Fees & Payment
Pricing may be based on distance, item size, delivery urgency, waiting time, tolls, parking, special handling, or other service conditions. Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional charges may apply for inaccurate information, excessive waiting, failed pickup/drop-off, re-delivery, special access, parking, tolls, or customer-requested changes.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Orders canceled after driver dispatch may be subject to a cancellation fee. If pickup or drop-off cannot be completed due to incorrect information, no access, unavailable recipient, unsafe conditions, or customer no-show, the order may be charged in full.
7. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rinko Delivery LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, customer delays, incorrect information, emergencies, or other events outside our control.
8. Proof of Pickup & Proof of Delivery
Proof of service may include photos, customer confirmation, recipient confirmation, GPS timestamps, delivery notes, body camera footage, dash camera footage, signature, or other reasonable documentation. Such documentation may be used to verify pickup, condition, delivery completion, location, timing, and dispute resolution.
9. Body Camera & Delivery Recording Policy
Customer acknowledges and agrees that Rinko Delivery LLC may use visible body-worn cameras, dash cameras, mobile devices, photos, video, GPS, and related documentation tools during pickup, transport, delivery, and customer interactions for safety, quality control, proof of service, fraud prevention, claims handling, training, and dispute resolution.
Recordings are not used for public marketing without additional permission. Recordings may be retained securely and disclosed only when reasonably necessary for business operations, insurance claims, payment disputes, legal compliance, law enforcement requests, or protection of rights and safety.
Customer should inform all pickup and delivery participants that a delivery may be recorded. If any person objects to recording where consent is legally required, the delivery may be refused, canceled, or completed without audio recording when reasonably possible.
Private areas should not be recorded beyond what is reasonably necessary to confirm pickup or delivery. Customers may request contactless pickup/drop-off when available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rinko Delivery LLC’s total liability for loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, or any claim related to a delivery is limited to $100 per delivery, unless a higher declared-value coverage option is purchased and accepted in writing before pickup.
Rinko Delivery LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages; damage caused by improper packaging; undeclared fragile/high-value items; ordinary wear; customer-provided errors; prohibited items; or delays outside our control.
11. Prohibited Items
Customer agrees not to tender illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, live animals, human remains, medical specimens, controlled substances, alcohol requiring special licensing, tobacco/nicotine products requiring special licensing, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any item prohibited by applicable law or our policies.
12. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rinko Delivery LLC, its owners, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from Customer’s items, instructions, inaccurate information, prohibited goods, improper packaging, lack of authority, or breach of this Agreement.
13. Independent Contractor Status
Rinko Delivery LLC provides services as an independent business. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between Customer and Rinko Delivery LLC.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute shall be handled in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction in Washington, unless the parties agree to another lawful method of resolution.
15. Acceptance
By booking, requesting a quote, submitting a form, making payment, tendering an item, or allowing pickup, Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Delivery Service Agreement, including the Body Camera & Delivery Recording Policy and Limitation of Liability.
